Module 2: Pythium isolation and handling protocols

Overview

The methods that are frequently used in my lab are those presented here. There are many other protocols in the published literature and other researchers can give you tips on methods that they have developed but have not put into publications. Never hesitate to ask anyone who is working with Pythium what they have found that works!
