The bulk of my work and research is conducted at the Mushroom Research Center (MRC). My master's work was focused on the Agaricus bisporus (aka button mushroom) cultivation system where I explored the influence of alternative casing layer materials (recycled mushroom compost and wood fiber) on crop yield, mushroom quality, and bacterial blotch disease susceptibility.
