Melanie Miller Foster has been promoted to the rank of associate teaching professor, effective July 1, 2021.

In recognition of their contributions to teaching and learning, research and creative accomplishments, and service to the University, society, and their profession, Melanie Miller Foster, assistant professor, has been promoted to associate teaching professor in Penn State's College of Agricultural Sciences, effective July 1, 2021. Miller Foster also holds a courtesy faculty appointment in the Department of Plant Pathology and Environmental Microbiology.
