Congratulations to Maíra Duffeck, visiting scholar, who successfully defended her doctoral thesis, "Survey, experimental and simulation-based approaches for understanding the risks of yield losses and mycotoxin contamination to improve regional management of Fusarium head blight in wheat," on September 23, 2020.
Duffeck's thesis was defended at the Universidade Federal de Viçosa (UFV) as part of a collaborative project between Penn State and UFV. She is co-advised by Dr. Emerson Del Ponte (UFV) and Dr. Paul Esker (PSU).
