Swett Describes Root Colonizing Pathogens

Dr. Cassandra L. Swett, Asst. Prof., Plant Science and Landscape Architecture, University of Maryland, visited the Dept. of Plant Pathology and Environmental Microbiology (PPEM) March 13-15 to serve as colloquium speaker.

Dr. Swett sees potential for partnership with PPEM and hopes to develop collaborative relationships. While here she participated in a Mid-Atlantic Fruit Consortium discussion with faculty from the College of Agricultural Sciences and met with a number of PPEM faculty and students.
