51st Annual Mushroom Industry Conference - Proceedings

Held September 20-22, 2009 in Avondale, PA. This conference attracted more than 200 participants from throughout the U.S. as well as Belgium, Canada, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Hungary, Poland, The Netherlands, and United Kingdom, setting a new record high attendance dating back 10 years. Based on the results of the conference questionnaire, an overwhelmingly majority (92%) of the respondents enjoyed having the conference held in the center of the mushroom industry.
